TvasteHive provides architectural, interior, and skyline services, and therefore, we do not ship any physical products. Our services are delivered and completed on-site at your location.

Payment Tenure

Our payment tenure is designed to ensure a smooth workflow and protect both you and TvasteHive. Here’s a breakdown of the payment schedule:

• Before Project Start: A 30% down payment of the total project value is required to initiate the project.
• Project Completion Stages: Upon completion of 40% of the work, an additional 40% payment of the total project value is due. This brings the total payment to 70% at this stage.
• Project Completion or Delivery: The remaining 30% balance is due upon project completion, product finalization, or project delivery. This signifies 100% project completion.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your project. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation Before Production: If you cancel your project before production begins, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
• Cancellation During Production: In case of cancellation during production, any received payment will be refunded after deducting material and labor costs incurred up to that point.
• Cancellation After Project Completion: If you cancel after the project is complete, a 35% cancellation fee will be applied to the total order value. The remaining 65% will be refunded.

Product Defects and Refunds

If you receive a defective product (as determined by TvasteHive), and it cannot be repaired, a full refund will be processed. The refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days.

Project Completion Time

Our typical project turnaround time is 45 days under normal circumstances. However, additional elements or unforeseen situations like material delays due to COVID-19 may cause potential delays. We will keep you informed of any such situations and adjust the timeline accordingly.
