Greetings! The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as the agreement between you ("Client") and TvasteHive ("Designer") regarding our interior design and architectural services ("Services"). Your acceptance of these Terms is implied when using our Services.
Understanding Your Project
Commencing with a complimentary consultation to delve into your requirements, budget, lifestyle, and design preferences, we tailor a personalized plan for your envisioned space.
Project Phases
Our design process is structured into phases to ensure transparent communication and project progression:
Initial Consultation & Design Development: We familiarize ourselves with your vision and craft initial design concepts using mood boards, color schemes, and material samples.
Space Measurement & Planning (Architectural Services): Our team measures your space and formulates detailed floor plans to enhance functionality and traffic flow.
Procurement & Implementation: We take charge of sourcing furniture, picking finishes, designing lighting, selecting window treatments, and overseeing the entire project.
Payment Schedule
For clarity, payments are divided into key milestones:
30% Deposit: This secures your project slot and covers the initial consultation and design development phase.
40% Payment: Due upon completion of space measurement and planning, with finalization of detailed floor plans.
30% Final Payment: Required upon project completion and your satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
We acknowledge that circumstances may change. Here is our cancellation policy:
Prior to Production: A full refund is issued if cancellation occurs before the commencement of production.
During Production: Cancellation post-production initiation will result in deduction of any material costs and labor from the refund.
Project Completion: No refunds are provided for finalized projects.
Defective Products
In case the final product is defective beyond repair, a full refund will be issued to you.
Refund Processing
Expect refunds to be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Additional Information
A distinct proposal will outline your project scope, timeline, and ultimate cost.
Your prompt decisions and approvals are crucial to prevent project delays.
Complete Agreement
These Terms and the proposal together constitute the entire agreement between you and the Designer.
